 A Logistics company based in Cato Ridge is looking for a very reliable, organised, professional Administrative Clerk
Answer phones and greet visitors. 
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. 
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings. 
Collate and distribute mail. 
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence. 
Responsible for the data entry and inventory of all stock 
Entering data (invoices) into SAGE software 
overseeing and managing a base of accounts, 
Identifying and solving any logistics issues that may come up. 
Maintain and update all company vehicle license register. 
License office 
Trip costing and load schedule 
Maintain and update Diesel voucher register and queries. 
Create invoices and receipt on SAGE. 
POD’s monthly invoicing 
 Insurance claims 
Delivery notes register. 
Maintain supplier (creditors) list on a monthly basis. 
Complete credit application forms 
Generate order numbers to suppliers. 
Assist with Payroll to Director for monthly salary payment. 
Assist with Staff Register as and when required. 
Assist with POD, invoicing of PODs, as and when required from driver. 
Cold call on customers for return loads from EC 
Track drivers on GPS system, Geotab, as and when required. 
All Admin and Miscellaneous work as and when instructed by the Director.
